What counts as hard rubbish?+
Hard rubbish generally means bulky household items and mixed unwanted goods that do not fit in a normal household bin. Send photos of every item so The Bin Boys can confirm the load.
Do I need to wait for a council hard-waste collection?+
No. The Bin Boys provide a mobile collection service: you arrange a suitable time, the team arrives, does the loading and takes the approved rubbish away.
Can hard rubbish be collected from inside the property?+
The team does the loading, but access affects the job. Show stairs, hallways, gates and item locations in the photos you send before booking.
What cannot go in a normal hard-rubbish load?+
Hazardous waste, chemicals, asbestos, dirt, concrete, gas bottles and unusually heavy or specialist items must be identified first. The team will confirm what can be collected.
