Message Your Job for a QuoteColorbond, good-neighbour and other boundary fencing can be quoted for new residential blocks. Include the fence length, desired height, colour, gates and any sections that need to be coordinated with a neighbouring property. If the boundary has level changes, show them in the photos.
Retaining walls can help manage differences in ground level between a new home, yard and neighbouring block. Bradshaws provides concrete sleeper and timber retaining walls, excavation, footings and drainage. Send the proposed wall length and maximum retained height, plus any fence planned above it.
Where a fence and retaining wall share the same boundary, send both requirements together. Seeing the complete layout helps the team assess levels, access and the relationship between the wall, fence posts and drainage before preparing a combined scope.
Site cuts, soil removal, driveway preparation and general earthworks can be discussed alongside the fencing and retaining work. Include the builder’s current stage, machine access, any surplus soil and the timing you are working towards. Availability and the exact scope are confirmed when the job is assessed.
Start with your name, address and job description. After sending that message, send photos or plans in the same conversation.
